Barring any significant changes to the Phased implementation by the Governor of Virginia and/or
Increased outbreaks of COVID-19 in the Harrisonburg, Virginia area, Mountainside Villas will be
welcoming owners starting May 22. All other guests from various exchanges and renters will be
welcomed concurrent with the current plans by Great Eastern to open the various venues and
activity centers at Massanutten starting Friday June 12th.
Asking for no more consideration that what you may have seen on signs at your doctor’s office, it
is recommended that you reconsider your plans if you have shown any symptoms or have been around
those who have had the virus within the 30 days prior to your planned visit to Mountainside. While we
would be disappointed not to have you with us, this is for your safety and those of our guests and staff.
Mountainside Villas has been implementing cleaning protocols that match or exceed the guidelines
recommended by the CDC and OSHA to ensure the best possible healthy environment in our units using
the safest hypo-allergenic cleaning materials.
PLEASE NOTE: We believe that the rules of social distancing and numbers of people gathering in groups
as defined by both the Governor’s Phased re-opening plan and CDC will continue beyond June 12th to
ensure the safety of our guests, owners and staff, who collectively are our top priority.

Each two-bedroom, two-bathroom townhouse-style condominium boasts a fully equipped kitchen with countertop grill, electric fireplace, sauna and jacuzzi tub, upper and lower decks and eight-person occupancy with a king bed in the first bedroom, a queen bed in the second bedroom, two twin beds in the loft area overlooking the living room and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. Most of our units require climbing one or two flights of stairs to access the unit entrance and all of our units have two floors. All of our guests have access to our free WiFi network.
